Guard of the Heart Pt.2
ROMANS 1:18-22
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
People who belittle the truth of the word of God…
The Amplified Bible says – “of men who in their wickedness suppress and stifle the truth,”
19 ¶ Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
You just have to open your eyes and look around to see the great things of creation to know that something made it all – rock smashing into each other don’t produce super complex life, real smart people know this deep within their conscience.
Amplified Bible says - because that which is known about God is evident within them [in their inner consciousness], for God made it evident to them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (When they keep telling themselves in their imagination over and over that there is no God – then they darken their own hearts by these lies. They feel that if there is no God, then they can live any way they want to without the fear of judgment)
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Darkness is the condition of a heart that is vacant of the word and concepts of God. The heart of a man is actually capable of fooling himself into thinking that he is wise when he isn’t, and that he is making wise decisions when in fact his decision are foolish – this explains why most politicians and their followers keep making decisions that end in disaster – it’s their own hearts that deceive them into it, because there is a way that seems right to a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
PROVERBS 4:23
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. This word “keep” is the word to “guard”. Guard your heart with all diligence - be very carefully what you let into your subconscious realm of what will form your tastes and desires – because what you let into your heart will shape your character, and then what comes out of your heart will affect everything in your life.
New International Version - Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
New Living Translation - Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.
Guard of the Heart Pt.2
We are living in a world today (in 2024) that is a very different world to that of any previous age that has lived before us.
*We know that the people of Noah’s day had also come to great advancements of knowledge in science and technology that had caused evil to be spread into the hearts of the people of the entire earth at that time – but a prophet of God told us that this age would even surpass the evils of that age.
*In 2024, we are living in a world that has been infiltrated by evils that are at a level of where the human imagination could never have grasped 50 years ago.
*We have arrived at a time of what Paul spoke of in his letter to Timothy that in the last days there would be great perils and troubles of such that we have never seen before on such a mass level - covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God – all these things are the results of hearts that have been darkened away from God.
The prophet of God for this generation taught us that the greatest battle ever fought in the last days would be fought in the minds of men and woman and boys and girls – so this is where the battle ground for each of us lays, and we must realize this, and fortify our minds with the truth of what God has sent to protect us in this hour.
The revelation of the word of this hour is the fortification against the evils of this age – it is the guard of our hearts.

14 Now, let us look now to this great... for a few minutes, this great, sinful day that we're now living in. I don't believe there ever was a day that I've ever read in history... There's been greater days of persecution, when the children of God was put to death on every hand. But to see the deceitfulness of the enemy, we've never had a day like this we're now living. It's the most cunning, deceitful day. And when I see that, it brings this, that, the Christian has to be more on his toe today than he ever was in any age.
**Millions of people that are alive right now are completely bound by chains of darkness that have polluted their minds as a result of the god of the evil age blinding them in the realm of their conscious and subconscious thoughts.
All the filth on television and radio and the internet – the human mind can’t stand against such magnitude of influence.
People have become so confused by the enormity of a worldwide explosion of lies and fake news and conspiracy theories and all the opinions and false teachings and cultures of man - all these things have become chains of darkness to them. Paul states in Romans 1:21 that they “became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
And so apart from the grace of God interceding for them on behalf of election, for many, those chains of darkness will never let them go free to ever be able to find and to believe the truth – the gospel of truth has actually become permanently hid from them by the incredible intensities of all the mass confusion that has been propagated in this age by the devil and his fallen angels - causing many to become souls that are in prison now.
II CORINTHIANS 4:3-4
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
**Notice here – their minds have been blinded; in other words, there mind cannot understand what truth is anymore. Even if the light of truth was shining right in front of them of the very word of truth that would save them and heal their lives - they are blinded to it.
The reasoning of their minds has become so bent out of shape by all the evils and influences and lies of this age that they have gone beyond the point of ever being able to come to a belief in the gospel of truth and light.
*Light will save a person… light will heal a person, and light is truth, and darkness is anything that is an influence against the truth.
*The word of God and the revelation of this hour is our light and our protection for this hour, it is the guard of the heart.

199-2 {160} Now, the natural first bride of the human race, before her husband come to her, she fell from grace by listening to Satan's lie after God had her fortified behind His Word. If she'd have stayed behind the Word, she'd have never fell.
*A few weeks ago we looked at this scripture in Job of what Elihu spoke – Elihu represents Christ.
JOB 33:21-25
21 His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; and his bones that were not seen stick out. (This is describing a man that is undernourished to the point of being near death – this is what people can come to on a spiritual level within their hearts)
22 Yea, his soul draweth near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers. (We looked at this word “destroyers” which means - to die prematurely by neglect of wise moral conduct – and we are living in an age where moral conduct is out of control and causing the premature death of millions – angels of death have been able to directly visited people in this generation by being given access into their minds and hearts by the stairway of science and technology)
23 If there be a messenger with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to shew unto man his uprightness: (In other words “if there be an angel of life visit him with a message of truth that will minister what is right to this person’s mind - to declare truth to him of what is right for him”)
24 Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom. (Truth would prevent him from becoming a soul in prison)
25 His flesh shall be fresher than a child's: he shall return to the days of his youth: (Wisdom and truth would deliver this man from the clutches of death and back to a life of health and youth again – this is the answer for any of us who find that we have backslidden, the way back to God is by the way of the truth of His word – to immerse ourselves in that truth)
**People of this age have backslidden to a point that they don’t trust in God anymore, they trust in men more than in God, men that have fallen natures, men that have hearts that will in most cases deceive their own minds. And this is the reason of what has brought a curse on so many people’s lives.
JEREMIAH 17:5-10
5 ¶ Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
(A man is cursed if his heart becomes separated from his trust in the LORD to a trust in the council of his own deceptive heart of his own fallen nature)
6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Ellicott's Commentary for English Readers (Charles Ellicott (1819–1905) was a distinguished English Christian theologian)
(9) “The heart is deceitful” ... - The sequence of ideas seems as follows: If the blessing and the curse are thus so plainly marked, how is it that man chooses the curse and not the blessing, the portion of the “heath in the desert” rather than that of the “tree planted by the waters”? And the answer is found in the inscrutable self-deceit of his nature blinding his perceptions of good and evil.
Another commentary reads - If the man is so blessed who trusts in God, what is the reason why men so generally "make flesh their arm"? And the answer is: Because man's heart is incapable of seeing things in a straightforward manner.
Politicians convince the masses of their followers that their policies will make life so much better for them, but we all know that in most cases it is mostly failure that follows their promises – and this is because the heart of man is so deceptive toward his own mind and conscious thoughts due to his own fallen nature. **His own deceptive heart won’t allow him to see things in a straightforward manner of what the outcome of things will be – this is why we have to learn (often contrary to our own thoughts) to put our trust in the leadership of the Lord in our lives.
10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
You can’t fool God of what is deep within your heart – that’s why when king David sinned with Bathsheba, he knew that it was a condition of his heart, and therefore prayed for God to change his heart.
***Let me tell you what the true secret and pathway to prosperity and success in life – it is for you to come into a spiritual state of where from your heart you can truly trust the Lord for every situation in your life.
PROVERBS 3:5-18
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7 ¶ Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
9 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
12 For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
13 ¶ Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
16 Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.
17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.
*In Eden, only truth existed, there was never one account a lie ever being told before the serpent told the first lie to Eve. There was no fake news or scam emails or newspaper articles that were full of lies so that the story would sound more interesting to the reader, and so that that certain newspaper will become more popular and sell more newspapers and make more money at the expense of the pollution of people’s minds.
*This is the reality of the world we are living in. You cannot even believe what you see in photos anymore. There are even Facebook accounts that are run by bots that generate totally fake profiles and pictures and stories.
***As believers and followers of the message of this end time hour, we have been given access to a channel of truth that is designed by God to lead us back into a true relationship and a fellowship with God of what Adam had in Eden – and that way has been provided to us by the opening of the seven seals.
*God has sent us a truth in this hour that is designed by God to be the guard of our hearts – a thinking man’s filter as the prophet preached to us.
*The truth that has been released to us by the way of the message of this hour is able to withstand the onslaught of the deception of this evil age.
**Guarding our hearts requires a purpose and intent on our behalf. In Babylon, Danial and his three friends purposed in their hearts that they would not be defiled by the conditions of the culture that they found themselves in.
**The guard of our hearts is the truth of God for this day that we must cultivate in our minds and to let the spirit of its truth form deep within us – that is the anchor that will hold against the storms of this evil age.
COLOSSIANS 3:2
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
*Many things of the earth are things of blessings that God has intended for us to enjoy along the pathway of our earthly journey – but we must first learn to set our affections on the greater things of our futures lives that are from above, then God is able to bless us with some of the things of earth while we are here and passing on through.
PROVERBS 4:18-27
18 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
19 The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.
20 ¶ My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.
25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.

25 Now, you can't think with your body. You think with your mind. And in there is where too many, of Christians, only stop. And they can, just like the corn in the field and the weed in the field, they can be anointed with the same Holy Spirit that the real believer is anointed with.
But down on the inside of that, next realm, the third realm, is the soul; and that's predestinated by God. There is where the real seed-germ lays, is in there.
26 And, remember, if I'd take a cocklebur and cut it open, draft into it the heart of a--of a wheat and put it there, bury it, it would bring forth a wheat out of the cocklebur; no matter what the outside is, what the emotions.

30 That Laodicean Church Age, "naked, blind, miserable; don't even know it." See, it's out... It's that anointed, anointed with the real Spirit. See, that Holy Spirit can fall upon a man, in his spirit. But his soul is his germ; that germ is the Word.
54 …Why, it's just as simple, if you just let God pour it down into your mind. See?
The mind and concepts of God are so simple if we would just let God pour it down into our minds, because in our minds are doors that gives access to our hearts. And so we want to guard by the word of God what goes into our minds of what we think about and meditate on.
PHILIPPIANS 4:8
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
