Guide our Feet into the Way of Peace
RUTH 3:4
4 And it shall be, when he lieth down, that thou shalt mark the place where he shall lie, and thou shalt go in, and uncover his feet, and lay thee down; and he will tell thee what thou shalt do.
Notice – before his promise of redemption could be revealed to Ruth, she had to be in a strategic place at the right time and in the right position.
JOHN 14:25-27
25 ¶ These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things (remember that the “all things” could not be completely fulfilled until this age when the mystery of God would be finished at the sounding of the seventh angel of Revelation 10:7), and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Notice – a teaching in this end time hour that would lead us to a peace in a time when the world would be troubled.
LUKE 1:76-79 This is Zacharias’s prophecy concerning his son John the Baptist who is a pattern of the forerunner of Christ in this age.
76 And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways; (In this age and before the seven seals could be opened, the Elijah of this age corrected many things of man’s false teaching of the word that had come out of the dark ages such as water baptism, serpent seed, no eternal hell and many other things – these truths of the word had to be restored first and straightened out first in order to have the way prepared for Christ to be fully revealed in this day)
77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us,
79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
Guide our Feet into the Way of Peace
This current world and culture is certainly not guiding us into the way of peace.
Last week our subject was “Withstanding the Effects of a Changing Culture” and we know that this was what Danial and them were faced with during their 70 years of captivity in Babylon which is a type of the seven church ages. What kept them true to the word of God was what they had received in their heart of the true revelation of the true God.
*Babylon especially types this age when the whole world is prophesied to come into a one world worship of the image of a man as we saw in Daniel chapter 3 with the image of gold that when you heard all kinds of music (which is the day we are living in now) then that was the time when the whole world would be forced to bow down to this image of a man or be put to death, and this is the day that we have come to again of man worship instead to true worship to God.
***There is only one provided place where God will receive worship from in this hour, and that is in the revelation of the word for this day. Remember that Cain’s sacrifice and worship was rejected because the revelation of the word for his day was not in him – the true revelation was that it was the blood of a lamb (Christ) and not the fruit of man’s labours that atones for the sins of man.
*Last week - In Jeremiah 32 we saw how that after the 70 years of captivity these two documents of the deeds of the purchase of the land that had been paid for (but not yet claimed or possessed) had to match in order for the claim and possession to be made of what was purchased.
These two documents that resided within the earthen vessel of which one had been opened for the entire 70 years (the opened one being Christ) and the other one that was sealed was the revealing of the bride as she was not to come into full view until the end of the seven church ages – and these two evidences must match exactly before the possession of what Adam lost in Eden can be claimed and possessed back again.
***Christ paid the price at Calvary to buy back Adams lost estate, but unless these two documents match exactly at the end of the 7 church ages, the claim would be null and void and all would be lost.
**So in the volume of the bible it was written of Him and Her – the two matching halves of the Chinese laundry ticket, and they have to both come together in this age before we can be turned back young again just as Adam turned old after the fall. This is the secret of eternal youth.
**If you can turn old when the title deed was lost, then when the title deed has come back in this day, then it is just as easy to turn back young again because death loses its legal right.
That’s what Revelation 5 was all about; the opening of the seven seals brought the title deed back into the hands of man again.
**So you have to find yourself of where it is written of you in the document of the entire bible just as the life of Christ was spoken of in shadow and type throughout the entire bible – that is what the seals opened in this hour.

LUKE 1:78-79
78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, (Has the dayspring from on high visited us in this hour?? – this dayspring is the revealing of the son of man in this day – Christ himself revealed to you by the message of this hour)
79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
***As end time message believers we know that as John the Baptist was sent to forerun the first coming of Christ, we have also had this same Elijah spirit come back again in our day to forerun the second coming of Christ.
And so this Elijah ministry of this day has introduced to us Christ in the revealing of the Son of Man in order to give us light of which we once sat in the darkness of our denominational understandings. We are told of in the scriptures that this is of them who dwell in the shadow of death, because we who sat is darkness saw a great light of the revealing of the son of man in this hour – Luke 17:30.
**This daystar that has been introduced to us in this hour is here to guide our feet by the light of this day into the way of peace.
***This word “feet” in the Greek is the word “pous” {pooce} of which one of the meanings is that of disciples who listen to their teacher's instruction are said to be at his feet.
Paul was trained at the “feet” of Gamaliel
ACTS 22:3
3 ¶ I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day. (This word “feet” here is the same Greek word pous)
**So we know that for Christ to guild our feet into the way of peace by the light of this age, that we must also be at His feet and under his teaching by His instruction of the message that he has sent to us in this hour. This was not William Branham’s message; he was only the voice that God used to speak to you and I the message of which we have become believers of in this hour.
***In the Old Testament we know that Ruth received instruction at the feet of Boaz, and that secret instructing that was reveal to her at that midnight hour was what guided her feet into the way of peace, and Boaz and Ruth were the type of Christ and the end time bride of this hour – the two matching documents of the title deed.
- Then in the middle of the bible we see how Mary sat at Jesus feet – and Jesus said that she had chosen the better part – that is also showing the bride’s relationship to Christ in this hour – she is receiving instruction in this hour, that is the better part.
- Then in the book of Revelation at the end of the Bible we see how that John fell at Jesus feet – and John in the book of Revelation is also a type of the bride of Christ of this hour.
REVELATION 1:15-17
15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet (pous) as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
**So these three places in the bible all show us of Christ and His bride at this end time hour of which we are living right now. And so we know who we are in this hour by these scriptures being open to us by the revealing of the seven seals in this day, because we have been sitting at the feet of Christ by our attendance to the instruction of the message of this day that we have sat under faithfully for all these years – that is us in the mirror of these scriptures. **And these truths are promised to lead us into a pathway of peace of an inward faith and confidence in this hour of whom we have come into union with even in the face of the pressure that is prophesied to come upon the end time bride for what we believe of the truth of the message that has been taught to us.
***In every age the elect of God suffered for the truth of the word that they believed in for their age. In this age we are maturing for a powerful demonstration of the spirit of God to be manifested through us just before the going home. This will give us the final boost of faith for the rapture. When the squeeze comes on the bride, watch the third pull then, but it will only be for the elect.

333 And out yonder, across the nation, from New York to California, from Canada to Mexico, you people that's gathered in those churches where those faithful little groups that's believed this Message with all their hearts. They've come out, come out of great tribulation, come out through those denominations. They're germs of Life. Do you feel the urging, tonight, like the little eagle, that you hear Something that's a little different from what you've heard, but, yet, in your heart you know it's the Truth?

"I will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." This verse is not a declaration that the true church will go into and through the tribulation. If it meant that it would have said that. But it said, "I will keep thee from the hour of temptation." This temptation is exactly like the temptation in Eden. It will be a very inviting proposition held up in direct opposition to God's commanded Word, and yet from the standpoint of human reasoning it will be so very right, so enlightening and life-giving as to fool the world.
Only the very elect will not be fooled. The temptation will come as follows. The ecumenical move that has started on what seems such a beautiful and blessed principle (fulfilling Christ's prayer that we all might be one) becomes so strong politically that she bears pressure upon the government to cause all to join with her either directly or through adherence to principles enacted into law so that no people will be recognized as actual churches unless under direct or indirect domination of this council. Little groups will lose charters, privileges, etc., until they lose all property and spiritual rights with the people.
For example, right now unless the local ministerial association approves in many, if not most cities, one cannot rent a building for religious services. To become chaplains in the armed services, hospitals, etc., it is now almost mandatory to be recognized as acceptable to the trinitarian ecumenical groups. As this pressure increases, and it will, it will be harder to resist, for to resist is to lose privilege. And so many will be tempted to go along, for they will feel it is better to serve God publicly in the framework of this organization than not to serve God at all publicly. But they err. To believe the devil's lie is to serve Satan, even though you may want to call him Jehovah. But the elect will not be deceived.
RUTH 3:4 opening scripture
4 And it shall be, when he lieth down, that thou shalt mark the place where he shall lie, and thou shalt go in, and uncover his feet, and lay thee down; and he will tell thee what thou shalt do.
The way of redemption can only be revealed to you when in the darkness of this Laodicean hour you are willing to lay down at the feet of Boaz.
*Remember that it is after the winnowing of the denominational husks have been winnowed away from the grain that this event of Ruth and Boaz at the midnight hour is to take place – does the document of your life match this pattern?? Are you at the feet of Boaz receiving instruction concerning the redemption of Elimelech’s inheritance?

***After deciding - many of us have been serving in the field of Boaz at this harvest time for many years – but God is wanting us to come into a rest in this hour and into a full confidence of who we are and a complete trust of the work of what Christ is determined to do for us by the end of this bride age day.

38 Now, many people look at this Book of Ruth, as they say, "It's a love story of the Bible." The Bible is a love story. The whole Bible is a love story. Not only is It a love story, but It's a prophet. Not only is It a prophet, but It's also a history. Not only is It a--a love story, a history, a prophet, It's God Himself. Because, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." So the Word is God on print. That ought to settle it, brethren: God on print, Jehovah printed on a Book. And there's none of it just some kind of a fiction tale, but it's all absolutely the Truth; every phase of It, hang your soul. It's there. It's the Truth. And God will back His Word up.
40 And this story was written, and all the old manuscripts, when they were segregating the Bible, the holy men when they were trying to put it together in the Old Testament... This Book of Ruth was one of the outstanding books that they accepted. Why? If it's just a love story, why would the writers and ancient sages accept this Book as inspired? Because there's a hidden revelation in It. And in this hidden revelation, you catch the real meaning, and It'll bring you real close to God.
And I pray my whole soul this morning, that God will catch every heart so spellbound, till He'll reveal Hisself just what He is in this story, what He is to you, how to accept Him. And when you once see it, it's so simple you wonder how you ever went over the top of it. But it can only be revealed by the Holy Spirit.

61 Now, I want to liken this morning, Naomi, the elder lady, to the orthodox church, the Jewish orthodox church, Ruth, the Moabite, a Gentile, being the Christian church, the new church.
And I want to approach it from four different phases: Ruth... I got it wrote here. Ruth Deciding (making her decision), Ruth Serving, Ruth Resting, Ruth Rewarded. As we come back: Ruth, making the decision; Ruth, after she made her decision, then Ruth is serving; then Ruth is resting; then Ruth as rewarded.

Next week – the parable of the Woman and the Buckboard, and the Covenant of promise.
The story of Ruth was an Eastern story, but the story of the Rancher owner’s son and the orphan girl and the buckboard is a western story.
