The Prophecy of the Resurrection

JOB 14:14-15a

14   If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.

15   Thou shalt call, and I will answer thee: (Notice – a voice calling that brings about a resurrection – that is why you have responded to the message of the hour, because it is the voice of God calling your name – and that is why others don’t respond when they hear the same message, because they may hear the natural voice of the message, but they don’t hear that voice calling their name personally by the revelation of the word)

REVELATION 20:6

6   Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

ECCLESIASTES 1:9

9     ¶ The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

JONAH 2:10

10     ¶ And the LORD spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.

Last week – Resurrection by Union and by Seed – continue on the topic of the resurrection but from a different subject angle.

The Prophecy of the Resurrection

All through the stories and parables and symbols of the bible, the resurrection in this hour has been foretold of throughout the entire bible, and we are now living in the time of the reality of when all these things that were prophesied are coming to pass – these prophecies are becoming history in the time that we are living in right now.

We know that the next great thing that awaits the bride of Christ is the Great Resurrection of the seven Church ages of sleeping saints (This is also known as the first resurrection).

All those who have died believing their messenger and his message (Paul, Irenaeus, Martin, Columba, Luther, Wesley, and Branham) is promised by the scriptures that they will be raised up in this hour and be gathered with the living bride on earth and then all together we will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air.

As soon as this resurrection takes place then we will begin to see them because they will begin to appear to us, and that will quicken our faith so that we will also be changed into glorified bodies also.

So we know that we are living in this very season when this great resurrection is about to take place, because we know that we are living in the time between the second woe and the third woe (which is the second and the third world war) we a living between the gentile prophet of Revelation 10:7, and the two Jewish prophets of Revelation Ch. 11.

Remember - WW1 and WW2 are the two woes in Revelation chapter 9, and Revelation chapter 11 announces the third woe which is the third world war, and so we find that Revelation 10 is placed in between chapters 9 and 11 and so takes place between WW2 and WW3, and Revelation 10 is the coming of the Lord (the Lord himself descending from heaven with a shout, a Message, the message of the hour - I THESSALONIANS 4:16), and the resurrection also takes place at this same time because Asenath (Joseph’s gentile wife) was to be dismissed to the palace before he reveals himself to his brothers which is Revelation CH 11.)

Opening scripture:

ECCLESIASTES 1:9

9     ¶ The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

In other words, what is happening now, and what is about to happen just ahead of us has already happened before and has been placed in the bible in mystery and prophecy form to be repeated again in this hour.

This scripture is a key scripture in the bible – because what is happening today has already happened in the word in story or in parable form, or in word form, or in symbol form.

We know that the book of Esther is a prophecy for this hour, because Esther’s people had a resurrection from the dead at the time when Haman was threatening to fully annihilate the Jewish race under that Babylonian/Persian system.

The book of Esther is placed between Ezra and Nehemiah and the book of Job.

Ezra and Nehemiah is the return of the people of God back to Jerusalem after the 7 decades of captivity in Babylon – this is a type of the people of God in this hour that have return after seven church ages of captivity in the Babylonian false church systems of man, and that have returned to their homeland of the revealed word of the hour. And we know that the book of Job represents the resurrection.

So after the books of Ezra and Nehemiah (the return after 7 church ages) and before the book of Job (the resurrection) we see a woman that coming into union with a king and receives his seed.

Resurrection by Union and by seed – that is what we had last week.

**So all these story and shadows and types that have been are repeating themselves again in this age – and so that is why if we can find ourselves in the pattern of what has happened, then we know what the outcome of this age will be, and then we know what we are doing and where we are going because the light of the word is shining the way ahead of us, and we know who we are in relationship to all these events, and we know what is going to happen next, and that is perfect faith – faith is when the future has been revealed to you of what is going to happen next in the vision.

If we look in nature, we will see the pattern of Death, Burial, and Resurrection.

AS.THE.EAGLE.STIRRETH_ TULSA.OK V-2 N-12 SUNDAY_ 60-0403

7-2 ….So I am a naturalist, so I... My first Bible was nature. If you'll just watch the way nature works, you can find God. Anywhere you look, you'll see God, if you get God in the heart and watch it.

Now, when they talk of reincarnation and stuff, that's foolish; it cannot be. We find out that a plant dies, goes into the ground; the seed rots; it lives again: it's resurrection. And all Christianity is based upon resurrection. And we can see that that's true: death, burial, resurrection. The summers, the winters, all nature blends right in.

7-5   My first Bible was watching how those trees died, how the sprouts come up again, how the wind would blow it over; it would come back again; how the little flower died, lived again. And all those different things, it made me know that there was a power of resurrection somewhere.

Now, the tree has perpetual life; we have Immortal Life. The tree will come to its final end; we never can. We have Immortal Life.

TESTIMONY_ SHREVEPORT.LA V-17 N-5 THURSDAY_ 63-1128M

114     I'm a nature person. I--I--I watch God in nature, the sunset and rise; it's a death, the life, the--the burial; the death, the resurrection again, everything. Like the trees, how Job said about hiding in the grave, "He'd keep me in a sacred place." And see the sap leave the trees, and go down into the grave of the roots, and come back up in the spring, the resurrection. Everything speaking of life and the resurrection.

**The same God that wrote about the resurrection in the language of nature has also written about it in the entire story and theme of the bible.

So we should be able to see this prophecy of the resurrection in this hour all throughout the entire bible.

For example:

After the marriage and union of Boaz to Ruth (the Gentile woman at harvest time), we see that at the very end of this story a resurrection takes place in the birth of Obed.

RUTH 1:1-5

1     ¶ Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons.

2   And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife Naomi, and the name of his two sons Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehemjudah. And they came into the country of Moab, and continued there.

3   And Elimelech Naomi's husband died; and she was left, and her two sons. (That was the First World War)

4   And they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years.

5   And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman was left of her two sons and her husband. (That was the Second World War)

In 1948 (after the Second World War), we see Naomi and Ruth coming back to Bethlehem at the beginning of barley harvest.

This story of Ruth is a prophecy that is dealing with a Jewish people and a Gentile bride after the Second World War, because there has to be a resurrection of Elimelech’s fallen family who is a type of Adams fallen race.

I CORINTHIANS 15:21-23

21   For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

22   For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

23   But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

**This occurs at the time of the secret second coming of Christ which is the coming of the mighty angel of Revelation 10:1 when the seven seals are made know to the bride by the voices of the seven thunders, this takes place between the second and the third world war – this is the event that is going on right now under the seventh seal.

REVELATION 10:1-4

1     ¶ And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

2   And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,

3   And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

4   And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.

It was not time back then for the names to be called, so they were sealed up until this day that we are living in now to be declared between the time of the second and third woe. We are living at the time now when the names are being called by the revealing of the word into the heart of each individual member.

It is at this time that the entire mystery of the entire bible is opened to the bride and that is what is calling the bride by name in this hour, like Esther was called by name by King Ahasuerus, and then she came into a marriage union and received the seed of the king for that hour, and so after the bride of Christ for this day receives the seed and revelation of the word for this day, then there follows a resurrection and a catching away to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

I THESSALONIANS 4:16-17

16   For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17   Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Last week – A man has seed, and a woman has a field, and before you can have a resurrection, you first need a marriage union and a seed, and then you have the formula for a resurrection of new life.

MATTHEW 12:39-42

39   But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

40   For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Notice that it was in the third day that the resurrection takes place.

41   The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

42   The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

JONAH 1:1-3

1     ¶ Now the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying,

2   Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.

3   But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD.

We will notice as we go along that the word of the Lord was in Jonah all the time from the beginning, but before the resurrection could take place, he had to go through a seven cycled process of ages before that word could be restored again in the last age.

JONAH 1:4-5

4     ¶ But the LORD sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken.

5   Then the mariners were afraid, and cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to lighten it of them. But Jonah was gone down into the sides of the ship; and he lay, and was fast asleep. (This is like the dark ages where the martyred saints slept in the darkness of the ground)

The sea is a type of Babylon denominational system of the Roman church that the true church of God was tossed about by during the church age period.

JONAH 1:6-12

6   So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.

7   And they said every one to his fellow, Come, and let us cast lots, that we may know for whose cause this evil is upon us. So they cast lots, and the lot fell upon Jonah.

8   Then said they unto him, Tell us, we pray thee, for whose cause this evil is upon us; What is thine occupation? and whence comest thou? what is thy country? and of what people art thou?

9   And he said unto them, I am an Hebrew; and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, which hath made the sea and the dry land.

10   Then were the men exceedingly afraid, and said unto him, Why hast thou done this? For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the LORD, because he had told them.

11     ¶ Then said they unto him, What shall we do unto thee, that the sea may be calm unto us? for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous.

12   And he said unto them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon you.

He was willing to die to save the life of others – this is the spirit of Christ in Jonah.

JONAH 1:13-17

13  Nevertheless the men rowed hard to bring it to the land; but they could not: for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous against them.

14   Wherefore they cried unto the LORD, and said, We beseech thee, O LORD, we beseech thee, let us not perish for this man's life, and lay not upon us innocent blood: for thou, O LORD, hast done as it pleased thee. (Jonah was a type of Christ in that he was willing to lay his life down to bring a resurrection to others, this is also what Esther was willing to do after she had heard the message of Mordecai)

15   So they took up Jonah, and cast him forth into the sea: and the sea ceased from her raging. (We could liken this to when Luther protested the Catholic Church and broke the power of Rome against the people of God in the Sardis church age – Rome still existed, but its power was broken)

16   Then the men feared the LORD exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice unto the LORD, and made vows.

17   Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

JONAH 2:1-2

1     ¶ Then Jonah prayed unto the LORD his God out of the fish's belly,

2   And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice. (Look from where he is hearing the voice of God – in a season and in a condition of when hell is all around him and he is in total darkness, this represents the Laodicean age that we are living in, because as God’s prophet of this age told us, that we are living in Satan’s Eden, because this age has fallen into total darkness and hell is spewing into this age because of the fifth dimension that has been opened up by science by the fourth dimension being discovered in this hour)

3   For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me.

4   Then I said, I am cast out of thy sight; yet I will look again toward thy holy temple.

(In the temple was the word – Jonah although he was in the condition of hell in the Laodicean age, he didn’t look and his circumstances, but he looked to the word of God that had been revealed to him)

5   The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head. (Even though he was looking to the word, his condition didn’t improve while he remained in the fished belly – sometimes we want to set up house and try and live an easy and comfortable life in the darkness and hell of the fishes belly and among all the stinking gastrointestinal juices – what Jonah needed was a resurrection from that condition)

6   I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God.

7   When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.

8   They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.

9   But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving (We must confess the promise of the word of this hour with the voice of thanks giving in this age. The word that Jonah was looking to he had now put on his lips by confessing the promise of that word until that word and his faith became one and the same thing)

; I will pay that that I have vowed (Notice - He had finally come to a place of full surrender to the will of God for his life – like how Nebuchadnezzar took seven years of exile to also come to a place of full surrender to the will and purpose of God). Salvation is of the LORD.

10     ¶ And the LORD spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.

We see now that how the power of the spoken word was displayed, and then the resurrection takes place.

***Jonah was now in a new dispensation, a new age, an age within and age, he had come out of Laodicea and into the Bride age – he had sat in darkness, but now he is in great light - he had “come out of her my people” (the denominational Roman beast system), he had come out of the sea and back into the light of a new day where the original word was being restored to him again)

JONAH 3:1-2

1     ¶ And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time, saying,

2   Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee. The same message that he had heard from the beginning in the first age is being restored to him again after the seven church ages are completed – it is the restoration of that same original word.

All these things are prophecies for this age revealing the events of this time that we are living in – this is the age when all these prophecies that were written about before hand in the bible concerning the resurrection are to be fully manifested in this hour – what is greater in this life then to surrender ourselves completely for this purpose that God has promised for this hour.

Who wants to stay in the belly of a fish when God promised us a resurrection in this hour?
