Adam
He was the first one who had the jurisdiction over everything in the earth (Is that right?), over all the animals. And he lost his--his power. And we're taught in the Bible what the first Adam lost, the second Adam, Christ, restored again to the human race.

Well, it was given to Adam to have Eternal Life, as long as he eat from the trees he had Eternal Life. And we notice again that Adam was the... He--he inherit the earth. He was the--like a--an amateur god over the earth. The earth was his. Everything was given unto his hand; he could do with it whatever he wanted to. He named it, and called it, and done whatever he wanted to. He was truly a son of God. Now, in the fall Adam forfeited the title deed to that. He forfeited it to Satan. Satan took the title deed. Adam was very slothful, and he did not redeem his right for he could not redeem his right. But Satan, which does not rightfully own it, but he possesses that, he is the god of this earth.

But God especially, upon Adam, breathed the breath of Eternal Life, and he become an eternal person with God. He had power like God: he was a amateur god. He was god of the earth, not God of heaven now, god of the earth. And someday the sons of God will again become gods. Jesus said so: "Is not it written in your law, 'Ye are gods'? Then if you can call those who He called god, who God visited, how can you condemn Me, say, when I say I'm the Son of God?" See?

The first Adam died and was buried, and there yet in the dust, because he represented the world and the people to sin. But the Second Adam, being the God of heaven, when He died on Golgotha, there wasn't enough earth to hold Him there, He rose on the third day and is alive forever-more. But the sin problem was settled. God settled the sin problem there at Calvary; that's where the debt was paid. When this Adam, Second Adam died, He paid the debt of sin for the human race.

Then one like the first Adam and Eve before sin separated them in death, now Christ the second Adam in Life redeems His Bride from death, and now on His way back to the original Eden, restoring back His Bride in fellowship back with God, as Husband and Wife to the garden of Eden: Christ and His Bride.

Now, the reason I chose Abraham, because that the promise was made to Abraham. We all know that. God made covenants with man and man always breaks his covenant with God. So in the case of Abraham, God made the covenant with Himself and Abraham, unconditionally. You know He said to Adam, in the Adamic covenant, "If you will not do this, and if you'll do that." Adam turned right around and broke it. But in Abraham, it wasn't, "If you do anything." It's, "I have done." It's already a past tense. Abraham had nothing to do with it. It was God that did it.

Now, I want you to notice: when God made His first covenant, the Adam covenant, the Adamic covenant, was--He made it between Him and Adam. And man turned right around and broke His covenant. And every time that a man makes a covenant with God, he breaks it. But this covenant was not made between God and man. God made this covenant with Himself. It's altogether grace. There's no--no law to it at all. He never said, "If you'll do a certain thing..." He said, "I have. I have blessed thee. I have made thee a father of nations. I have." The covenant is altogether grace, no law to it at all. How beautiful it is.- JEHOVAH.JIREH.title LONG.BEACH.CA 61-0209
And now, you know in the Adamic covenant, it was "If you don't touch this tree, then I'll do so-and-so. But if you do, then I'll have to do so-and-so." See? That had law attached to it. But in this covenant, "I have already made you a father of many nations." And He's already... It's all unconditional. The covenant is purely grace, just absolutely grace. Only thing they had to do to maintain this covenant was stay, and abide in the land. And every blessing went with the covenant was with them. Only thing they had to do was stay in that land. Now, we find out, when they went down in Egypt they lost their blessing, but not their covenant. The covenant was still there. They lost the blessing but not their covenant, because their covenant was grace unconditionally.
